💰 Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued under the following conditions:
- The returned product is approved for refund after inspection
- The item is received back in acceptable condition
- You cancel an order before it is shipped
2. Refund Method
All approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Processing typically takes 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply in these cases:
- The item was used or damaged by the customer
- Original packaging or accessories are missing
- Only part of a bundled order is returned
4. Failed Deliveries & Rejections
If a parcel is undelivered due to incorrect address or is refused upon delivery, the shipping fee will not be refunded, and additional reshipping costs may apply.
